Greetings Eathrlings! My name is actually Minerva, though Evenstar is from Lord of the Rings. I am a Virgo from Jersey, England that has lost her sanity!

I LOVE TO READ fantasy books and poetry. The only works I cherish that are not those genres are A Separate Peace, The Outsiders, and Philippa Gregory's books.

Emily Dickinson, Longfellow, Robert Frost, and Shakespeare are the poets I enjoy most.

My favourite fantasies are: Lord of the Rings, Inheritance Trilogy, Crown Duel, Abarat, The Bartimaeus Trilogy, Young Wizards, Harry Potter, His Dark Materials, The Thief Lord, The Wheel of Time, The Death Gate Cycle, The Adept, & Artemis Fowl.

I ship:

James/Lily - probably my favourite couple since I prefer the Marauder era over Harry's era.

Hermione/Draco - in the books I know Hermione shall end up with Ron, but I prefer fan fictions where she is with Draco because I dislike Ron; I think he is funny, but terribly shallow.

Remus/Sirius - I know many of you are thinking,"Oh my gosh! Slash...EW!" Well, relax because I have very few stories where they are together and the ones I do have contain warnings, however, if homosexuality does bother you I pity you for being prejudice and closed-minded. I know Remus is with Tonks in the books, however, I am passionately in love with Remus. I found Tonks infuriatingly inquisitive and unorganised since Order of the Phoenix, so Remus is either Sirius' or HE'S MINE! Thanks, I just wanted to make that clear. lol

Favourite Quotes:

It is our choices...that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities. & It matters not what someone is born but what they grow to be! Albus Dumbledore

The bird that would soar above the level of plain tradition and prejudice must have strong wings. It is a sad spectacle to see the weaklings, bruised, exhausted, fluttering back to earth. Kate Chopin

Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear, not absence of fear. Mark Twain

When a Potions assignment has a rare and disturbing side effect on Draco and Hermione, they will learn more about each other than they ever wanted to know.

The way that Snape acted in class was done so PERFECTLY that I felt like it could be in the books. 10/10! Please, write more!

You describe magic as JKR herself would, and praise can't get much higher than that!

That was intense; I feel so many emotions after that scene! I truly liked this line "He finally settled on something that was neither kind nor cruel" because it shows that Draco gradually, rather than randomly and ridiculously, transforms into an amiable person.

I can't wait to find out what Draco learned about their connected minds! Update soon or...NOW!

Chapter 5: The Night of the Fallen Textbook

What if Harry didn't grow up with the Dursleys? What if, after all those threats, they finally left him at an orphanage? Is our hero still the same? It seems the wizarding world is in for a surprise... AU, first year.

I love how being at an orphanage brought out Harry's Marauder heritage.

I love how you slip in all of the ways Harry uses his powers. So, Blaise Zabini will be the Blaise in Slytherin, and that's Harry's best friend...Cool! We know more about Blaise from book 6, like that he's a boy, but so what? The fic is still great. 10/10
