I'm a 21 year old college student in East Texas. My major is English, emphaisis in Technical Writing. I seem to work best at 9pm the night before something is due. I'm an avid procrastinator.

Moving on... I just wanted to put a little note on here concerning my story The Unspeakables. It will no longer be updated. In fact, it's been removed. I've completely lost my inspiration for it and was not liking the direction it was heading, plus with 19 hours this semester and most likely 19 next, I have no time to breathe, let alone work on a story that's not working the way I wanted it to. Maybe sometime in the future it will be rewritten under new direction. Thanks to those that have reviewed it, though!

If you stand in front of a speeding train that doesn't intend to stop, you're going to get killed. Don't the "good" aurors realize that Voldemort and the Death Eaters are the speeding train and Umbridge-Cow is the thing that's holding them in front of it? C'mon any dummy would quit their job if it came down to being killed off like cows to slaughter.

Your story frustrates me to no end and that's probably one of the best compliments I can give you. I'm totally into the characters and the plots as if it were my favorite TV show that has me kicking and screaming at the characters on the screen for being utterly stupid (i.e. Season finally of Grey's Anatomy).

I guess I'll sign off this update's review by once again telling you that I absolutely love this story - more than I can put into words (I guess I should find more words that may fit the bill, eh? Time to get out the trusty thesaurus for my next review)! Hope for a new one soon!!



Author's Response: Aww, sorry to frustrate you so much, but I promise - the Aurors are reaching thier breaking point. An mutiny never happens over night - it has to build. There are often threats of walking off the job - or someone is going to be killed - but until it actually happens, it's all just talk. As for them quitting and getting another job - where would they go? The wizarding world doesn't seem to have a lot of options. And your words and vies are AOK with me - I really appreciate you taking the time to let me know what you think.

Sob!! I was starting to feel like Ginny, wanting to cry my eyes out for Harry's loss, but I had to be strong. Hehe! Another magnificent (sp?) chapter! Completely loved it. Anxious to read more, as usual. Congrats on your angst nom. I'll vote!!

Author's Response: Thanks very much!  Yeah, poor Harry - but Ginny is and always will be his best source of comfort. I liked the idea of having Harry get some support after a loss rather than be shunted back to the Dursleys all the time. This one was different.

Good job with the anguish in his character. I would have definitely liked to have seen more emotion outta HBP after Sirius death from JKR, but you did a great job capturing it!!

Chapter 2: A Secret From the Past

Hm... very confused about the girl and the Prefect. It's like she's half Dementor or something the way Ginny was describing how she went all cold inside and Harry spazzed out. The rattling breath and the black sightless eyes, the greying skin... but that's impossible.

Great chapter, another edge of the seat read. I'm still a little paranoid about Josef's loyalty. It's like "Trust No One" kinda thing.

Can't wait for another update.

Hey! Congrats on the invite to chat! You deserve recognition as a great author!

I enjoy the new chapter, but once again I'm so confused. I don't ask questions though because I know eventually you'll answer them. I'm really hoping that Josef is actually a good guy. There's already been so much deception and I hope he stays on Ginny's side (and Harry's for that matter).

So Albert is a good guy, then (for the time being)? I guess I missed that in the last story. He let them go, right? And gave them some of his liquor? I'm going to go back and read the stories once their all finished, try and fill in all the holes that I can't remember.

How come you don't email responses anymore? Just curious. You always had great emails to me highlighting the things that had happened whenever I was confused and I appreciate that fact that you took the time to do that. Don't feel you've got to or anything. I like short little Author Responses, too. I'm just curious.

Anyway, great chapter and of course, I'm always looking forward to reading more!

I still do email responses.  You just have to ask more specific questions.  Or... ask them louder... or stuff.  Anyway, you'll get your wish.

Yes, the deception is unfortunate.  I have all of my readers secong guessing everything they read now.  I'll explain more in the email.  If everyone else wants to know, they'll have to ask on their own time.  There is no free lunch. 

That said... you know.... you could always email your questions to me.  You're allowed to do that.  They don't even have to be questions.  I'm not picky.  I just like knowing that people are enjoying the story.

Oh no, where's Harry? Do you have to leave a cliffhanger like this? Can't you post the entire story up right away, that way I never have to be anxious to read the next chapter. ;)  Thanks for posting another one so soon!
