I'm a 21 year old college student in East Texas. My major is English, emphaisis in Technical Writing. I seem to work best at 9pm the night before something is due. I'm an avid procrastinator.

Moving on... I just wanted to put a little note on here concerning my story The Unspeakables. It will no longer be updated. In fact, it's been removed. I've completely lost my inspiration for it and was not liking the direction it was heading, plus with 19 hours this semester and most likely 19 next, I have no time to breathe, let alone work on a story that's not working the way I wanted it to. Maybe sometime in the future it will be rewritten under new direction. Thanks to those that have reviewed it, though!

This is the story of a war. A war between good and evil, light and dark. This is the war Harry will fight, fight until the last breath leaves his body. This is where he will learn the meanings of life and death, love and friendship, sorrow and betrayal, honour and hardship. This is the war where he will fulfil his destiny.
H/G with some R/H sixth year fic.

Dang it, I was excited that there were so many chapters to read, then I just get left hangin... So sad!! I really am enjoying your story! The tension between Dumbledore and Harry is great! I think it was a little odd when Harry told Ginny that a kiss would solve all his problems, though. I think even after everything that has happened with him, he'd still be really standoffish in any sort of relationship. I hate how stubborn Ron is being and I hope you explain his attitude really soon. Harry Potter isn't who he is without Ron and Hermione. You're doing a great job and I hope you're able to update again soon!

Author's Response: Umm... In that scene you have to take into account the fact that Harry just came back from Voldemort's strnghold, and that he is viewing his whole life ina different manner. It's about the same thing that happened with Poppy in the hospital wing. He's still Harry, but with those few people he trusts, he's much more outspoken now. Thanks for the review! I'll try not o leave you hanging too long Cathy

Chapter 17: Divide and Conquer.

Hey, I'm enjoying your story so far, but I wanted to put in my two cents for a sec...

My guess is you're American. You're using a lot of British spellings for things like "favourite" and apologise, but up until the middle of this chapter, you use "Mom".

>Mom will hear about this

Then, 9 paragraphs later, it's Mum.

I don't want this to sound rude or unapreciative of the hard work you've put into your story because that's not it at all. I know how hard authors work on their pieces and how much sweat, blood, and tears goes into their works of art. You've got a great story line and I'm enjoying it. It's just for an OCD with words, like me, it's a little distracting to have the imbalance in British and American words.

I'll review again (on the content, not the grammar) after I'm finished reading what you've posted so far. Thanks for an enjoyable read. You deserve the recognition you recieved from the Treasure Chest.

Chapter 10: Back to Grimmauld Place

I like the relationship you're creating between Harry and Ginny. I think Dumbledore, Hermione and Ron are all OOC, but I think that's the point of your story.

I like that you're being consistent with your Dumbledore. He doesn't believe Harry and Harry is fighting tooth and nail for them to all believe him and trust in him. I like that stories where Harry has to struggle to come into his own. Not everything is handed to him on a silver platter.

The only thing I really don't like it Dumbledore is being stupid. Although I think the point of your Dumbledore is to create a fight for Harry, it's also becoming a little overkill. Obviously, Harry knows what he's doing. In the past Dumbledore never had any problems trusting Harry, so why now? I know the prob with the DOM, but that wasn't Harry's fault. I don't know. I guess I'm split in that thought.

I think it's a good story and I hope you'll be able to update again soon.

Chapter 10: Back to Grimmauld Place

Aww... I loved it! So sweet, so perfect! Just as ALL your other chapters, I loved it! You're so great at writing this it's just amazing! I'm sad there's only one left!!! I don't know what I'll do without this story! Probably read it over and over again whenever I begin to go into withdrawl. Oh well. Doesn't hurt to read a favourite book more than once, right? Fantastic job!

Author's Response: Thank you so much! I know, I'm sad too! I might just have to write another one... :)

Oh my goodness! I'm SOOOOO excited you updated! I love this story so much! I've been watching it like a hawk! Anyways, great chapter! Like always, your descriptions are amazing! I'm glad you whacked Percy upside the head, even if he did turn out to be alright, he still deserves a good whacking sometimes. Sad to see you kill off Dumbledore, but you did it greatly. He needs to die. If he doesn't, then Harry can't finish the job himself. Can't wait for more!!!

Author's Response: Yes, sorry for the delay. Glad you liked it! And I agree about Dumbledore. I love Dumbledore, but Harry needs to come into his own. Thanks!

I think you explained the battle scenes pretty well. They're so hard sometimes because there's always so much going on in them, but you did a good job tying it all together, as you say. I really like the feelings and emotions you wrote about Harry at the end. Even his little mental speech with Ginny was great. I guess you never get tired of people saying "I love your story", huh? Well, I must say it! I LOVE your story! Great job and good luck writing the next few chapters! I can't wait!

Author's Response: lol - thank you! Battles can be messy. And no, I love hearing that people like my story. Who wouldn't?!

Amazing, simply amazing! I adored your ending, although, like every fantastic story, I want to read so much more! If you ever do get on another writing kick, I'd love to read it!! The way you write is just... wow! I loved all the research you did for the circlet and I love how you write Harry and Ginny's relationship. There's enough fluff to keep me happy, with a great contrast of action and things that need to be done. I'm sad to see it end! It's such a wonderful story and definitely worth reading again (or in my case, a third time). Great job and congrats on the awesome story!!!

Author's Response: Thank you!  :)  Oh, another writing kick...right now I\'m having fun writing for a role playing game and toying with the idea of writing my own stuff.  lol - thanks!

Chapter 35: Balance

Oh my goodness! I haven't been able to stop reading this story since I started it yesterday. I almost skived off a class to read more, but I couldn't pull a Fred and George! I had to go to class!!! You've got an amazing talent for writing and I was completely hooked in your story from Chapter 1. You've done a great job and now, I can't wait to read the sequel!! Keep up the phenominal writing! You're on my favourites list!!

Chapter 37: Back Into Hell

Not cool! It ended right there! I can't believe it's taken me so long to finally read this story, but here I am, once again reveiwing on your brilliance as a writer! This one is a lot easier for me to read than the other one, but RoG keeps me on my toes, always trying to figure out what's happening next. Oh well. I really like the things going on in this story! It's great! I can totally see Mad-eye being that way, all cautious and everything! And Lupin wanting to help Harry, but Dumbledore's reaction with the mirrors is a little off for now. I'm guessing he's going to use his Legilimency skills to get the secrets Ginny's keeping. Hm... You mentioned in one of the Author's Notes that this was posted somewhere else, completed. Where at? I'd love to finish it this upcoming week!!! I love it already! I'm glad you're an HG shipper, too. I like how you write them. Not too much fluff, which I enjoy writing a lot, but a lot of action and her being useful to helping him. Anyways, can't wait to hear from ya! And I hope you update both stories again soon!
