Scars by destin4fl [Mid Teens]

Harry Potter has had his whole life defined by his scar, it even has defined his future. But what if he hadn't been so lucky to walk away with what amounts to a small scratch?

Aww. That's so sweet! But poor Harry! Having to grow up with those scars! I hope Minnie takes him. I know there was a reason for Ginny to be in this same chapter! Harry's match? Lol! I'm looking forward to seeing what happens next!

Aww, that was a sweet little story! At the begining it seemed like Hermione was either jealous or was wanting to be the one who helped Harry. You know, that whole trio thing. Hehehe, poor kids, to have their parents and maybe even others of the order watching their first kiss. That seems like something Fred and George would do. I like the chocolate strawberries too. Now that was a great idea! How Harry seemed to relate the ripples that faded from the rock to the people around him was great. I loved that. All ripples fade away and he's right in the middle. One by one each ripple ends and all that's left is a lonely rock and the rock is the reason the ripples were around it. So it would be the rock's fault for jumping into the water. That's how I saw it anyhow. I liked how you made Harry all shy. (Personally I think that's in character, much more in character than JK's.) But anyway, you wrote it well. :)

Chapter 1: Strawberries Dipped in Chocolate
Arthur Weasley is your average young Wizard: shy, timid, messed up. He parted coldly from the girl he loves and he works all summer long for the day he'll see her again. But everything seems to go downhill. Or is it? A romantic one-shot written for the FA V-day challenge. (Molly/Arthur)

I've never read a story like that! Was it second person? It seemed like a mix of second and first person. I know how hard it is to write second person and you wrote this beautifully! I love the diction in this story! The words are so poetic. *sigh* I can feel the mood in which the story is. I even felt the nervousness with Author! And I love the song choice! I also liked how you kept Author and Molly's names from us till around the middle of the story. I love this. The story is one of the most beautiful that I've read so far!

Ahh! Wonderful, wonderful! Absolutly fabulous! I can't tell you how many times I smiled through out reading this story! It's so sweet and romantic! *giggles* Finally an answer to one of my favorite questions! Even if it's not to canon! Socks! socks socks socks!!! *sigh* I loved it. So refreshing! This is the first Albus/Minnie I've read, so obviously it's different for me. They're not very popular are they? that ship I mean. Hm... ;)

Chapter 1: Traditional Socks

What if the fates that let Harry's parents live the night he got his scar, also gave him a younger sister and let him befriend Ron Weasley earlier? What would be different?

Your first? really? Well, great job! I'm looking forward to reading about Rose and Ginny. They'll be in the same year won't they? hm, I've never read a story where Lily and James lives to raise Harry. And a sibling! that's great! *grin* With the marauders raising him and he knowing the Weasleys from toddledom up, it's bound to be good! Nice writing. ;)

Author's Response: Thanks for the review. I have snippets of the two girls in the next chapters. Wait until they start at Hogwarts .

Lol, nice. Regulus is just how I imagine him. Given an order he carries it out. (mama's boy) "what do we do with blood traiters?" ahh I love that. the dagger is a great addition, give Siri more pain. (I love siri, but it's so much fun having him get hurt... as long as it's not fatal of course) So is Michael Potter a healer? didn't specify. *grin* a duel at kings cross? Can just imagine it. Very nice detail. Especially making that burn stand out. mmm, I can just imagine the siri in my mind... well, anyway. Is it James that's attracted to Siri? It seems like it. James giving him that odd look and all. Having the Potter's home not a mansion or castle is a bonus. Almost every other story that has his house in it is a mansion or a castle. Makes your's more different than those others. *grin* I told you I'd read your slash fic if you posted it. Now that I actually have a little time. Very enjoyable.

Author's Response: James thinks he's a bit of a brother in my stories. I'm also connecting The Lovable Liken to Might I Say...

Giving high school essays a Marauder twist, this fiction is centered around the idea that some seniors in high school are require to write a letter to incoming freshman before they graduate. At Hogwarts, Seventh Years are given an assignment to write such a letter for the new First Years. Sirius decides to actually take an assignment, well seriously...sort of. He decides to look back on his entire Hogwarts years and write down his list of things not to do at Hogwarts.

*giggles* I love it! I've never read a story like it and I'm enjoying it so far. It's not very detailed, but that's fine, the dialog makes up for it. Mum and Dad? *laughs* never heard that one either. Looking forward to reading more!

Author's Response: Yes, one of the things I can't write well is details. I tend to tell it like it is and not be too descriptive. It bothers me, but I do what I can. Thanks, I'm glad you like it. ~Ever Changing Anthem

Nice! Loved the evil clowns bit, I don't particularly like clowns either. Give me the creeps. ;) Can't wait for the next chappie!

Author's Response: Heh, yeah, my room was in the attic growing up and I thought there was an evil clown that creeped up my stairs at night, because the stairs creaked, lol. Thanks for reviewing! ~Ever Changing Anthem

Hehehe, I loved it! Harry's inner conflict was very well described and amusing. Can't stop staring at her lips eh? I wonder if all guys have that much trouble talking to a girl they're attracted to... is that why they're so quiet all the time? *smirk* Very enjoyable.
