I loved this! What a fun, wonderful story. I must admit, I was feeling tense and anxious when Molly kept calling and they didn't respond, but oh, what fun. Please consider writing a follow up with the confrontation, I'd love to see it. I'd also love to see poor Harry's stammering when he had to face Molly, lol. What fun.

A cheeky response to the now resolved dispute with SIYE. This story combines both challenges criteria, using all bonus phrases and situations to meet both. For the 2500 word max SIYE one, I tried my hand at humour for the very first time, but angst, my first love got the better of me for the latter half, ending finally in humour. If you read the first part from SIYE, as I have said, I have swished and flicked and changed a few words for wt, and it is now a seventh year fic.(SIYE had to be pre HBP containing no spoilers, so I worked hard at this) The birthday bash which appears only at wt now is my first attempt at a little something past a G rating. I use challenges to spread my wings a little, not to win.
The real summary: Ginny and Harry take Polyjuice so that Harry can sneak out with Ron to a Quidditch match. Ginny stays at the Dursleys disguised as Harry. Each of them realize how hard it is to be a male/female based on their experiences. Part two of the same chapter becomes angsty as Harry tries to undo some of the 'favours' Ginny has done for him at the Dursleys. Harry is beaten and is rescued from the Dursleys and the twins find an amusing way to cheer him up as his birthday approaches. When I say I wrote this to be 'cheeky' wait 'til you see the cake!! Cheeky alright!

Woo Hoo! Really cute, Dianne. You're like me, you just can't stay away from the angst, lol. I loved the part about Harry and Ginny switching bodies and having to use the loo. You could write an entire fic on that point alone! I was pleased that HBP confirmed that Vernon has been free with his hands. I've always thought so, but it was nice to see it established, anyway. The bum cake was a hoot - leave it to Fred and George, but my favorite part was Ginny "fixing" the Dursleys garden so the weeds and dandelions could flourish. Ha Ha!

Author's Response: You're not the only one.  I briefly considered giving them to Voldemort to play with, but it would have hurt Harry and made him feel really guilty, so I decided that conventional justice was better.  The trio is still going to be around and the Weasleys aren't going to suddenly disappear from Harry's life.  They love him too much for that.
