What was the REAL reason that Harry didn't want to leave the Hogwarts Express at the end of OotP? There is nothing in Cannon to suggest that this actually happened, but that is the great thing about the world of S.S. Potter - WHAT IF? LIFE IS BUT A DREAM is number three in the world of S.S. Potter and comes between THE FORGOTTEN GIRL and TOWARDS TOMORROW
Professor McGonagall spends the day eyeing the hourglasses in the Entrance Hall of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
An interesting little story, very different. It could use more polish - you separated the end there, but I'm really not sure why - but I think you did a good job with this. It was refreshing.
150 points is really quite a lot, though. Maybe try a smaller number, like eighty or so.
Oh dear, I'd forgotten how much I loved this story. The lists are the best part, although you certainly write all of it well.
I'm glad to have refound this! It never fails to make me smile and giggle madly like a four year old who's just discovered sugar. :) Thanks always for the laughs!
I wouldn\'t limit it to four year-olds. My best friend gets like that when he has too much sugar and he\'s twenty-two! Thanks, I\'m glad you found it again, too!
Seventh year sequel to Power of Emotion. Harry is recovering from his captivity at the end of his sixth year, but he's hiding how much it's effecting him. With his powers increasing, and Voldemort now aware of the prophecy, can Harry find the secret to destroying him before Voldemort learns the contents of the ancient texts? Would this be HP fanfiction if it were that easy?
This kicks so much butt.
The ending? Owns my soul, no pun intended.
Brilliance.
This was sweet and couldn't pass without comment. Marvelous grasp of emotions.
“Yes,” Fred grimaced, “there’s absolutely nothing wrong with wanting you to come home in one piece.”
^^I love it. Thanks for this!
