Oh, this was so lovely.  Everyone was completely in character and you wrote the scene beautifully.  These missing moments are my favourite types of fanfiction - I always love to hear more from the original stories we fell in love with!

Edward's pain was completely canon, and I love Esme PoV fics.  There really aren't enough, despite Esme being such a wonderful character.

I have to get this out of the way first:  I LOVE you.  Well, your writing, at least,  I don't know you as a person.  So to see that you reviewed my little old story made me squeall like the fangirl I am.  Okay, that's off my chest.  :)
