I was amused that Ginny was concerned about her appearance when she could of been killed.  Her recovery will probaly take a long time, where she might have to learn how to walk again, at least she doesn't have to learn how to eat, drink and talk all over again.  I like the concern that Harry shows for her, no matter what she looks like.

If Ginny goes home, wouldn't they be able to moniter her movements and keep her from leaving the grounds of her home?  Will Harry now have little chats about the war on the WWN?  Harry will probaly buy Ginny the best defense attorney money can buy, who can get her off.

Very clever the way that Ginny set it up, so that Tonks couldn't testify for her in case she ever did get caught.  I wonder if she understood the possible consequences of her actions.

I like the fact that Ginny is finally home where she belongs and her & Harry finally have their talk.  Mrs. Weasely is right in character showing concern for her youngest.

Good theory on why Snape killed Dumbledore.  What if Voldemort targeted two babies the night that Harry's parents died, and he wanted to make a Horcux from that other baby's death.  Harry defeated him before he could go after the other one.  Would he of made that Horcux later or is he going to target either that child or his parents to make it, unless he's already made it with a later murder.

I like this chapter, but too bad you didn't include the part where Ginny, Ron and Hermoine discover that Harry has been keeping a secret that he never revealed, though he might of been tempted during Umbridge's defense classes because it wasn't his secret to tell.  If he told the truth about a great tragedy that happened the last time when everyone thought that the danger of Voldemort was gone, he would of lost a friend and had another roomate mad at him.  I think that Ginny would of loved his loyalty to his friend like that.
