Harry, Ron and Hermione met Kate in their third year. At first, she seemed like a normal girl, who was slightly odd. However, there is much more to her than is let on, like why she makes Harry's scar burn whenever she looks at him, and why her last name is "Riddle". The answer is simple. She is Voldemort's granddaughter.

This is a fascinating premise for a Harry Potter story and you've done an excellent job of weaving a unique tale of fantasy. I don't like to read about suicide, but taken in the context of the story, and as long as it's in the adult category, the expansion of the plot over-rides my discomfort. Very well-written. Gaia
