The first story I've read. It's absolutely magnificent and I recommend it to everyone. I'm a huge H/G shipper and I just love the way Harry and Ginny find each other (or love finds them *grin*). It is still at the top of my charts and will probably stay there forever. Charles, please keep up the good work and give us many many more chapters and stories to come. Thank you.

Wonderful story. Harry doesn't seem to have changed at all. Then again he just lost Sirius so no surprise there. I just wish there was a chapter about the summer holidays and the train ride. Something about the sorting would be great too. Please keep up the great work. I'm looking forward to read many more stories from you. ;)

Author's Response: Thanks! I am toying with the idea of a couple of one shots involving the summer hols and maybe the train ride. I want to get more of the story under my belt first. I appreciate the encouragement for more stories, makes me feel good.

Another wonderful chapter. I'm really curious how Ginny and Harry will be able to mend things again. The talk between Ron and Harry is great, though Harry talked quite readily considering his past. The only thing that bothered me a bit is that things develop a bit too fast and I would love to read more about other things happening at Hogwarts too. It would give us much more to read as well. ;) I hope the next chapter will be available soon. Can hardly wait for it ;).

Author's Response: Thanks again for your review. I know it seems a little fast, but I felt that Harry needed someone to talk to. Since Ron is his best friend, he was the obvious choice. More things are to come, but I wanted to focus on Harry and Ginny right now. My next chapter is with my beta and will be posted as soon as I get my hot little hands on it!

That was wonderful fluff. I loved the way Ron and Hermione handled it. Though I couldn't imagine Ron handling it quite that way either. The ending was just hilarious. I'd love to see Ron courting Snape. Brilliant. ;) ;) ;) Looking forward to the next story. Can't wait. :)

Hello Melinda. It's just wonderful to have you here. Power of Emotions is definately on my Top 5 list and will stay there forever. So will "Curse of the damned" by the way. :) One think I like about your stories is that Harry isn't a super-wizard. He does have his demons, has his faults and doesn't deal too easily with things happening around him in general. The story is just wonderful and the way you wrote is very convincing. I'm looking forward to see "Curse of the damned" here too and most certainly hope to read many many stories more from you. Please keep up the incredible work and thank you for the wonderful hours, days, weeks and months you have given us.

I love this story. Lovesickness and a daft boy. Couldn't have been better. I wouldn't have given Harry any time to respond in Ron's stead. I'd have started cursing him and asked questions later. :) Great story and I hope we'll have many more of your stories to read soon. I keep my fingers crossed.

Author's Response: Having Ron go straight to cursing him was what I really wanted to do. It was my first instinct, but I needed Hermione to keep him restrained long enough to explain Ginny's illness and the effects of the Glumbumble honey. Thanks for the review. This was my first fic, so I also thank you for the encouragement to keep writing.
