I'm a 24 year old currently searching aimlessly for direction. Since the whole love of writing thing keeps coming up, and seems to be something I might actually enjoy, I figured it couldn't hurt to try my hand at short story origific before plunging head first into the world of novel writing ;)

Wow. That was beautiful. The imagery and wording you used were perfect. Her fear was tangible in the beginning. I found myself worried that we'd be witness to her torture, and then was pleasantly surprised by Galen and her final night of comfort. Thanks for sharing with us!
