That was quite lovely. Reading it, I recieved a pleasant little shock at the end. I love the suspense you created, and that line about the missing detail really pulled me into the tension. Awesome!

oooooooh, creepy! Wow, this was really good. I kinda guessed that the little girl had been abducted, but it still had a good effect. Good job - I'd love to read more, though!
