How wonderful!  He survived!  The devotion shown by Faramir was incredible, but very in-character.  I also love the research you did on the darwisa as well as on the poison she used.  You did an excellent job with this fic.

I'm on the edge of my seat.  The way you draw out the tension of the story is almost unfair, but it's not overdone for all that.  You give me just enough to know how the atmosphere feels, without giving me so much that I lose the plot within the emotional description.  Excellent chapter!

C'mon, Faramir!  You can do this!  Oooh, I hope she ends up being the right person to ask!

Oh...this chapter absolutely broke my heart.  I just can't even imagine knowing you have only one day left with your family.  It tears my soul out to think of it.  You've captured the emotion of the moment wonderfully well, and your description of the poison's progression through Aragorn's body adds to the tension beautifully.  I am so glad you brought this story here!

What a thrilling start to the story!  I knew there was something fishy about that lady as soon as she came into the scene just because she seemed so very harmless, and because Aragorn's guard's attentions were pointedly elsewhere.  You've got me hooked in one chapter!
