This is brilliant! I love Mike and this is such a cool way to write his story, just like a teenage boy to shrug things off. I love his epiphany about Jess too, that was adorable! Well done!

Thank you so much for reviewing all of these stories.  I love Mike.  He's such a normal boy, but he always gets wrongly treated in fanfiction.  He's not perfect... but he's a good, loyal friend at heart.  Glad you liked it! x

I truly loved the repetition throughout the story. I think it truly showed the difference between Mike and Bella and Edward.  I loved your interpretation of Mike's thoughts.  Great job!

I always hated the way Mike Newton was portrayed in fanfiction - he's not a bad person.  Sure, he has his faults, but he can't help that.  He's just a seventeen-year-old boy.  They all have their faults!
