This is so funny! I love Charlie as a little kid, I can just imagine this is how he and Billy met and became friends. Poor Billy, he never grew up to be a wolf, bless his little heart!

This was an absolutely adorable portrait. I love the six-year-old voice you gave to Charlie's thoughts and actions, and the conversation with Billy about wolves and vampires really made me chuckle. Nicely done!

Thanks! Charlie is adorable, isn't he? Six-year-old Charlie is kind of an oxymoron, but it's the only way I see him now! :)

I grinned the entire time I was reading this. I love how you captured the thoughts of six-year old Charlie and really gave an explanation as to why he wanted to be a policeman. Great job. I loved it.

Again, thanks. There's a kid I teach swimming who sounds exactly like this. His obsession over sports and policemen reminded me of Charlie and I just had to write it! :)
