I'm rather relieved that you allowed Dudley to be reasonable about his son's magical ability.  From what we saw at the beginning of Deathly Hallows, I think that given twenty more years Dudley would be a much more mature and reasonable person than even his own father.  Well done!

I'd read so many where Dudley continued in the same direction of his parents. I really didn't like that, so I wrote him this way. JKR gave us a slightly changed Dudley. I took her cue and allowed him to actually grow up and become a better man. I'm just so happy you've liked my stories. Thanks so much for the review.

Oh wow - that was a surprising twist.  I love the way you wrote Harry and the way you wrote Dudley.

I really enjoy stories where Dudley gets a chance at growing up - which, it seems he's done.  Great story.

This was great. I've always wondered about Dudley having a magical child. Would the Dursley line eventually become magical? Or do the lines rarely complete a transition? I've always wondered those things, and wished I could ask Rowling. But this story was a fun read for me.

Thanks so much. I don't think the Dursley line would become magical, barring a Muggleborn somewhere else in the family tree. I was going with the Evans line here. Petunia's sister, Lily, and then of course Harry. I'm so glad you liked the story. Thanks again for the review.
