this is such a bitter-sweet little story. I really like the way Ginny processes Freds death, I though it was very realistic and relateable.

I've been looking for a good one-shot concerning Harry and Ginny's reconciliation, but almost afraid to read one for all that. I've been afraid of what I'm sure is out there: an ecstatic, romantic, possibly even sensual scene the night of the defeat - and it would have been all wrong.
You, my friend, got it right. I can't give you a higher compliment than that, so I hope it's enough.

Absolutely amazing. I just wanted to let you know that I love this. I really think you captured Ginny's perspective in that particular scene of the novel and continued it wonderfully. Great job!
