What an incredible Prologue. Researching and writing fan fiction isn't my thing, but it works wonders. *should start plotting some more*

Great start. Only thing was "Jennet Preston was hanged at York..." Shouldn't 'hanged' be 'hung'? Other than that, it was great. Can't wait for chapter one! This should be a really cool fic. :)

Well, the past tense of to hang can be either hung or hanged.

I really liked it! It was well-written and entertaining, as well as mysterious! Keep writing!! I enjoyed it a lot!
p.s. Around what year will this take place in? I'm only wondering because I'd like to know if we'd encounter previous Hogwarts students...Albus Dumbledore, maybe Minerva?? Can't wait for the update!!!
Author's Response: Well, the Pendle Witches were actually hanged on August 20, 1612. This story will tell the story of Margaret Pearson, the witch who got away with it. I doubt whether you'll recognize any known Hogwarts characters, but there surely will be!
