I thought it was too long to be a one-shot, though you're probably right. The chapters resulted quite short, but don't remember that this is just a missing scene.

Wow....its wonderfully done, but Snape in my opinion, wont take the easy way out. He's seen too much to do what he did

It was hard to write this part and keep Snape in character, but your enthusiasm tells me I managed it.
Yes, that was a bit extreme, but his situation isn't that easy to bear. Imagine him trapped between his enemies who want him dead, and his fellows who don't mind the idea as well.

The chapters of this story are all rather shorts. I'm not really too fond of long chapters. This is just the beginning of a four parts story, I hope you'll like the rest just as much.
