Awwwwwwwww....to both the chapter and the thanks :) Glad you could join us! I'm still grinning -- over the chapter, that is. That was so sweet, and Rowen is such a gentleman.
Nice insight about McGonagall's character. I've always wondered if she were an ex-Auror, or at least an ex Ministry official. Also, I agree with you -- I think the politics would have turned her right off. She is so level-headed and even handed. Her sense of justice would be outraged at the political shennanigans.
Author's Response: I see you put me on the recommended list! Thank you so much!
Chapter 6
Awww, poor Sophie! She is so sweetly insecure. Her cooking exploits remind me of my rare attempts to cook -- I can completely sympathise! She's braver than I am in that respect.
Author's Response: I actually wrote the first draft of this while doing my Shabbos cooking. My challah became her French bread, and the tears from my onions gained magical powers. It was a great creative exercise.
Chapter 5
I assume this takes place during their winter holiday? Very cute, I really loved the line about not knowing what "scratch" was, LOL! Interesting insights from Rowen on Muggles. I'm really beginning to like him. And ice skating -- can't get much more romantic than that!
Author's Response: Thank you so much for keeping up with the story and telling me you're doing it!
Chapter 4
Yay! Glad to see you here *waves!* Welcome to Wizardtales, and as I said, this story is great. Look forward to seeing more :)
Author's Response: Oh, believe me, there will be more. I'm hoping to catch up to the same place the story's holding on my livejournal and then post every Monday just like there. I do hope people will come and read!
Chapter 2
I really enjoyed the insight into young Tom's thought, and Rowena's quill (I am going to assume that that's the quill the Professor owns o.O) is a truly brilliant idea. Excellent job :D
Author's Response: Thank you so much for saying so! Sorry I didn't write back until now, but I've only just discovered this function.
