Oooh...could it be a sister for Harry? The greeen eyes, the unintentional magic...but my heart bleeds for her, and you wrote her situation so exceedingly well that I am wondering how you know what she is feeling.
Another great chapter, and I have to go to lunch now, but I can hardly wait until chapter 16!!

"Two shall be free and then burn..." Is Harry going to get his Phoenix? Just a thought...but when you said that Flamel and DD were concerned when the two Phonixes broke into song, I immediately wondered whether or not this was the intent. Anyway...continuing:
Three will become four: referring to Ginny joining the trio, perhaps? You've made a point to mention that several times so far. Four and eight shall stand: Four: the trio + Ginny. Eight: well, I'm not sure of that one yet...unless it has something to do with the Marauders...hmmm...I'm having too much fun trying to figure this out!
Yay! Go Sirius! Get that old Wormtail! I hope he beats him to a bloody pulp. Yay! Go Sirius again! You tell old DD what's up!
Oh my God. The scene with Perenelle, Harry and Ginny in which they go back into Ginny's memories is heart-shattering. That's all I can say.
Yay! You've given me more Lupin and Sirius, although their conversation gives me yet more to chew over. Looking up old school friends...does he mean James and Lily? Pettigrew? His old girlfriend?
All in all, very nicely done...I would comment more, but I am so sleepy that my fingers are twisting over themselves on the keyboard. Cheers!

What a beautiful reunion, Charles. Madam Pomfrey is perfectly in character. The only thing I could have wished was to see more of Lupin, but I am hoping that will be remedied as I read. I am really quite fond of the old werewolf, as I am sure you will notice from TGP. :) I liked the positive interaction between Sirius and Harry very much, and I'm interested to see the legal ramifications of the clearing of Sirius' name as well as his will. I liked the implication that Sirius is going to sue the Ministry! :) OK, I'm going to go to bed now...I'll read more tomorrow as I wait anxiously for TGP!

Fan-bloody-tastic, Charles. There is little else I can say about this. I can tell you put a lot of thought into the workings of the spell, and the scene between Perenelle and Hermione, in which Perenelle tells Hermione it is her right to cast the spells herself, was very touching and significant. I am very, very interested in what that creature was - some sort of a super-dementor, I assume, and Harry cast some kind of a super-patronus to send it packing...I have my own theories on this, but in order to avoid humiliation, I am going to refrain. Well, I'm off to read the next chapter!

Hmmm...Sirius is better off in his Padfoot form...it sounds a bit like Dementors, or something else that preys on the souls of humans. I am so glad Hermione got up the guts to act, and I hope they get Sirius out soon! Another great chapter, Charles. Thank you!

I found two mistakes so if you bug me later, I'll tell you where they are. But they're so small that I'm not sure it really matters.
That was wonderful, as always, and funny and heartwarming and all about warm fuzzies and feeling sorry for Draco, which I have to tell you NEVER happens. I hate the little ferret with a firey passion. Anyway, great job. :-D

Charles, another brilliant chapter. I loved the will reading. You have captured Sirius Black with perfection, and I applaud you. I wonder just how shrewd Sirius actually was in his conditions - I guess I will have to find out! I'm glad they are going back to Grimmauld Place, and that Harry is done with the Dursleys. Yay! I also like the way you captured Harry's emotions without overplaying it. A few well-placed squeezes on Ginny's had were quite sufficient. :) Bravo!
